5+ BHK planning on a south facing plot
A south facing plot sets the entrance side; a 5+ BHK brief sets how many rooms must share the rest. The two interact: the master bedroom wants the south west, the kitchen the south east, and on a south facing plot that leaves specific zones for the remaining bedrooms and the staircase. The south facing 5+ BHK plans below show that resolution across plot sizes from 20x40 to 40x60, each customisable with floor plan, elevation, 3D visualization, Vastu and working drawings under one roof.
