In these Terms, references to "you" or "User" mean the end user accessing this website, its contents, and the services offered through it. "Service Providers" means independent third-party service providers we may engage on your behalf.

Payment for a project or service is required in advance, as agreed at the time of booking. If, after receiving your plan or design, you request a revision beyond what was originally committed, additional charges may apply for that revised scope.

House Design India's consulting and sales team members are not engineers, and do not create or modify plans or designs on their own — they are authorised to advise on and present our services to you. Based on your requirements, our qualified architects, engineers and designers prepare and present the appropriate plans or designs. Under certain conditions, and solely at our discretion, House Design India may allow direct interaction between clients and the design/engineering team.

Building a residential or commercial structure is a complex process. We make sincere efforts to present architecturally sound plans and designs, based on the analysis and creativity of our team, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of every detail. Our designs are provided for planning and reference purposes, and House Design India is not responsible for any material, financial or other loss arising from the plans and designs we provide.

Some cities and states require a locally licensed architect or engineer to review and "seal" a plan before construction begins. Before applying for a building permit or starting construction, please consult your local building authority or a permissions agent to confirm whether such a review is required in your area.

House Design India takes every project seriously and ensures it is handled professionally, so that you receive the outcome we've committed to. As a service provider, we do not offer cash refunds once a project has commenced — instead, we provide revision options appropriate to the service you've booked, so you can request changes within the agreed scope.

Once payment is deposited and a project has started, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order. We take this responsibility seriously and are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction through the revision process rather than cancellation.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. The version published on this page is always the current, applicable version.
