Soil and structure

Black cotton soil almost everywhere, with high swelling potential; builders routinely take footings below the active zone and add a continuous plinth beam. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Amravati
