Soil and structure

Hindon floodplain alluvium that varies street by street; many colonies in Indirapuram and Vaishali sit on filled land and call for deeper footings or piles. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Ghaziabad

Plans are sanctioned by Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and Nagar Nigam. GDA generally allows ground plus two or three floors on small plots with front and rear setbacks that grow with plot depth; always check the sanctioned layout of the colony. We draw to those setbacks and ground coverage limits from the first sketch, so the sanction drawing and the design are the same drawing.
