Soil and structure

Dry sandy loam shading toward desert soil in the west, firm at shallow depth but prone to wind erosion, so plinth protection and a paved apron matter. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Hisar

Plans are sanctioned by Municipal Corporation Hisar and HSVP. Residential plots usually follow HSVP norms of ground plus two floors with front setback and rear courtyard; agricultural land conversion needs separate CLU permission. We draw to those setbacks and ground coverage limits from the first sketch, so the sanction drawing and the design are the same drawing.
