Soil and structure

Loose wind blown sand over sandstone, so footings are either taken down to rock or spread on compacted sand with plinth protection against scour. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Bikaner
