Khondalite rock on the hills and sandy marine deposits on the coastal plain, with loose sand in Madhurawada and Rushikonda layouts requiring deeper footings. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Visakhapatnam

Plans are sanctioned by GVMC and VMRDA. GVMC usually sanctions up to G+2 on standard plots with coastal regulation zone limits near the shore, and hill-slope plots need cut-slope stability checks.
