Soil and structure

Thick Krishna river alluvium with high water table near the river and rocky hill slopes at Indrakeeladri, so flat areas often use raft or pile foundations. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Vijayawada

Plans are sanctioned by Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and APCRDA. VMC and APCRDA typically permit G+2 to G+3 under the AP building rules with setbacks linked to plot area and road width, and flood-plain plots face extra scrutiny.
