Soil and structure

Firm sandy loam over Aravalli rock with excellent bearing on the hill side, and softer colluvial soil in the Bhiwadi industrial belt. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Alwar
