Soil and structure

Hard gneiss and schist bedrock under a thin sandy layer give strong bearing and allow basements, though rock cutting raises foundation costs. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Bhilwara
