Soil and structure

River alluvium and black soil along the Narmada with sandstone closer to the hills; flood-prone plots need raised plinths and footings below the scour depth. Our structural engineer sizes footings and columns from the soil report, which is why we ask for a soil test before the working drawings are issued.

Approvals in Hoshangabad
